I spoke to them twice to see the house they gave me an appointment but not once did anyone come to show the house or open the door? I knocked on the door many times.

Lived with them and had no problems until it came to moving out and they are refusing to return my deposit or even complete checks for them, would avoid!

We have recently viewed a house and Lucy showed us around. She was a true professional, explained everything to us and she stayed calm and professional when my husband accidentally triggered the house alarm! Thank you so much Lucy:-)!

The previous buyer had pulled out just before completion, and so Keeley and the team worked really hard to secure this new offer, which met both my son’s expectations (the vendor) and those of the buyer. Thank you for your efforts!

Excellent professional service. I was supported throughout the process and was kept well informed throughout. Viewings were well organised and conducted over two days while I was at work. The sale was agreed in under two weeks, amazing work by an impressive team! I had excellent face to face mortgage advise by Colin, he researched and sourced a great mortgage and I was helped by their legal team for sale and purchase. Fantastic customer care! Many thanks to the whole team!

I’ve been really satisfied with the service from Houblon and my mortgage broker Colin. I am a first-time buyer, and Colin has made the entire process really simple and stress-free. He’s helped find me a great deal on my mortgage and has been exceptionally quick with sorting everything out and keeping me updated.
