I can't praise Oulsnam's Bournville office, and especially Lissie, highly enough! Throughout my house sale Lissie was helpful, friendly, efficient and communicative. She explained things clearly, kept in touch and always followed through promptly on things she said she'd do. Thanks also to Rachel (especially for pricing my house perfectly) and the rest of the team - I absolutely recommend them.

Robyn has been a gem! From the start they have been so on it, making sure everything is correct and accessible. They provided constant updates and would chase up anything I needed to know. We’ve only ever used these estate agents so to be honest we have nothing to compare it with but we found the experience to be very easy would use again for sure. They marketed our property in the right price bracket And found us a buyer very quickly in fact we sold in about 27 hours and we found a property to purchase with richard James, which was also very quick and easy, The whole process from our property going on the market, Finding a buyer and finding a house to buy and moving in only took 14 weeks.
