Having recently decided to move away from the area, a friend advised me to speak with three estate agents in the town. After speaking with Dominic at Thomas Morris, he seemed to be the only genuinely interested estate agent who had a strategy to get my house sold for the highest price. Polite and very knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of selling their home. Best value for money agency in the town.

We looked round a property with Thomas Morris and then, later, had a valuation with them. We felt that the agent who showed us around the property was knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't rush us and we left feeling positive. When we had our valuation, the agent was very respectful of our property. Again, we didn't feel rushed and it was clear that she had spoken about us to the previous agent who'd shown us around the other property. We had valuations with other companies but Thomas Morris seemed more professional (just in little ways: they measured each room, had a research pack on an iPad to show us and had prepared a document on our property). Finally, we just felt like we just clicked with the agent. She was very friendly and chatty and it felt like someone touting for business than the other agents.
