They’ve always understood exactly what we were looking for and flagged up suitable properties ahead of them coming on the market. We wanted to say a particular thank you to Kayleigh who has helped us finally secure an accepted offer on our forever home. Kayleigh gave us early sight of the listing which allowed us time to get our property sold. She was very friendly and knowledgeable during the viewing. GoogleI recently sold my dads house through TM and overall got good service from the agents and the sales progressor, and also used their conveyancing team. We had to overcome some issues but concluded eventually. The staff were very friendly and helpful and knowledgable. My only minor criticism is that, for me personally, I would have liked more regular updates even if it meant nothing had happened. Thanks to Alex, Rob, Julie, Jurga and Ashleigh for their hard work

GoogleThomas Morris are great to rent from, can’t speak as a landlord but as a tenant they ensured I was well looked after during my tenancy and afterwards regarding my deposit. Sue who did my inspections was wonderful and Sheetal who handled my check out/deposit was also very helpful.

GoogleAfter living in our home for 25 years, moving was a big step and the whole team at Thomas Morris, Ramsey, were great from start to finish. They worked tirelessly to secure the sale of our property in a difficult climate, were always professional, approachable and supportive. Although we ultimately purchased our next home through a private sale, the Ramsey team were just as helpful when viewing local properties with them as they came onto market. GoogleI have been using GNB for many years now in my Sales Based Estate Agency. Having been in agency for over 45 years I come from an age before even Fax Machines! Prior to GNB I use two other systems and one got purchased by a major portal who them tripled the price and reduced the service! (No surprise there!) The other was cheap and basic and I soon realised I would have been better off going back pen and paper. From the first day I installed GNB I was blown away and the continued updates and improvements are amazing. I asked if I could incorporate What Three Words into my system and hey presto, two weeks later it happened! The latest AI photo editor takes my presentation to a whole new level and costs less than the previous photo enhancing service who took overnight to process. Now my changes are instant. If you are considering GNB. Take it from me....do it. You will not regret it.
