The whole process could have been quite stressful, given the distance, but Luke made it incredibly smooth and enjoyable. He worked around my limited availability, arranging viewings that fit my schedule, even with the travel involved. Having dealt with a few different agents in Swindon, Luke really stood out. He was efficient, flexible, and truly attentive. Luke took the time to understand my personality and lifestyle, only showing me properties he knew would be a good fit, never wasting my time on options that weren’t right. GoogleWe currently rent a property that Thomas Morris have taken over recently. We have only been with the agency for one week and the difference in service is fantastic. I wish this move was taken sooner. We have been awaiting repairs from a previous agency for nearly a year and this has been dealt with within six days! The process and transition has been dealt with via Kris Withers And his service has been amazing, we have managed to resolve so much in such a short amount of time and I have appreciated the smoothness and brilliant service that has come with it 🙂
