GoogleVery pleased with Neilsons, they have made the process of selling our flat quite a smooth one and they're always available when you need them. They have a well oiled machine and you feel in good hands with them. Their photography service is superb, and they give you lots of advice, I think it makes a big difference. Special thanks to Kirsten Olverman, she helped us make a tough choice at a very stressful time, but her experience gave us the confidence that it was the right choice, and we're happy with the end result! The rest of the team has been fantastic too (special mention to Diane Yates in conveyancing, we'll leave a separate review at a later time for that part of the process 😊). We sold our flat in under 14 days (12 to be precise) and they were right with their pricing predictions. We had considered other estate agents that were "cheaper" or claimed to sell more properties than anyone else, but our gut told us to go with Neilsons and we don't regret our final choice. Totally recommend them!

Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Service from Joshua Joshua was brilliant from start to finish. The property wasn’t the right one for us in the end, but his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine effort really stood out. A skilled agent who clearly cares about both Vendor and Buyer.

GoogleWe've just exchanged on our property, and are very pleased it was managed so well by Thomas Morris. They've been extremely helpful and friendly throughout the process. They provided so much more information at the first viewing stage than any other estate agent. Their information pack meant we could immediately see whether the house would suit us, instead of having to dig around, or wait until survey for particular facts.

GoogleI've been using TM services for about ten years, selling, buying and letting property and generally they give very good service. Most recently I used TM on a managed let to handle the change of tenant process which they did successfully but not perfectly. The services to notify utilities when changing tenants did bit work for me for energy and council tax. I find that this time find TM were good at contacting me for any issues or updates but not easily contacted themselves e.g. phone numbers given incorrect, calls transferred to unanswered phones, no response to voicemails left or emails. Fortunately TM have a great asset in Sheetal Shah who handled all the various procedures over the change of tenants which reduced my tasks considerably. Sheetal could also be relied upon to respond to my emails and calls, and was always helpful and patient.

She regularly sent me new properties and was always proactive in keeping me updated. When it came to viewings, she took the time to show me around, answer all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I’m grateful for all her help in securing my first home. She was on-time, friendly and chatty, but not intrusively so - e.g. wasn't pushy about the properties which gave us room to consider all aspects and made us feel comfortable to discuss everything openly - exactly what we value in an estate agent.
