Nothing was too much trouble for Robert Oulsnam and Company throughout our transaction; from arranging the viewing and handling our offer, right though to completion, the branch staff were always polite, helpful, and efficient. We'd happily recommend them to anyone.

Selling a property in the UK whilst living in Australia wasn’t something we were looking forward to. However, Oulsnams kept us up to date at every stage, they provided constant feedback on the viewings, provided excellent local and national marketing and once the offer was made and accepted they assisted with securing a conveyancer and keeping us updated on the process. All this and securing an excellent price for our property with, what we felt was, excellent local knowledge of the market and the demographic we were aiming to sell to. We consider ourselves very happy clients - thanks Oulsnams in Bournville!

We would strongly recommend Robert Oulsnam Bournville office to anyone looking to sell or purchase in the area. They were exceptionally helpful, friendly, professional and supportive throughout the entire process and genuinely wanted to ensure that our house sale and purchase went through as smoothly as possible. They kept us - and our sellers/buyers - fully informed and updated throughout the process and were never afraid to answer queries or contact solicitors to ensure lines of communication remained fluid. The service I have received from Oulsnam Bournville has been fantastic. A friendly and informative service with excellent communication all throughout the sale. As it's local to where I live I have felt comfortable popping in and have always found friendly and helpful staff, whoever is in the office at the time. I have used the Let Check company as a landlord for 2 years now and have to say I have been impressed with their service and professionalism. In my latest contact with them this month where they were to complete a “check out” followed by a “check in” for the same property the service worked well. This process was completely smooth and I now have new tenants and the security of a concise inventory report. I would recommend them in the future for other landlords.
