Never have I spoken to a more unhelpful and obnoxious man. Oliver needs to go back to customer relations school. Heaven only knows how he manages to sell anything. Very poor service.

Very pleasant experience with this estate agent . Initially we were looked after by Lisa who was very friendly and helpful , then the majority of the letting handled by Sam . Sam was very professional and nothing was too much trouble for her , she really looked a After us do well , with emails , phone calls and follow ups . A very friendly estate agent who I would highly recommend

Thomas Morris could not have helped me any better. With other organisations closed due to the COVID pandemic they continued to help me relocate despite the obvious lockdown restrictions. My circumstances were such that I was forced to move due to being a key worker in order to limit exposure to more vulnerable family. Thomas Morris' staff worked tirelessly to prioritise my move and push for more leeway for key workers unable to stay with those in isolation. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and for the fact that they cared.

From start to finish the service (sale) provided was excellent and professional with all staff very approachable and friendly. They catered for all my needs and persevered in a difficult market to complete my sale. No push tactics to speed up your sale and competitive prices. Highly recommended.

Really great experience as a prospective tenant. Would also highly recommend to Landlords as you will get a much more proactive sales and marketing service for your property than typical letting agents. I have worked with many agents over the years as Tenant and Landlord and would definitely use Thomas Morris again!

Just attended a presentation run by Pete on all the services on the rental side. Very informative and interesting. If you are looking at renting out speak to them I hadn't realised all the legislations they help you on.

I am a severely disabled pensioner and although i live in London, my house is in London yet i have to try to get help from Swansea.My disabilities, age, and equality act make no difference to one member of staff he just repaeats like a robot his function in a government department. There is not sign of any interest. As a result i do not get answers to the questions i need to know and it takes so long to get answers. He seems to think that because f where he works he is superior when i suggest contacting the CEO he replies you can it will make no difference. I worked for 50 years to pay this person to become a robot
