GoogleWe have just had an offer accepted on a house via Thomas Morris Ramsey Branch and the service we have received from them so far has been excellent. I have dealt with them several times over the years and liaised with Ali Hull previously and have always been impressed with their professionalism and customer care. We are dealing with Julie Spinks on this occasion and she is doing a sterling job of keeping us updated and ensuring the process thus far is as seamless as possible. I have no doubt that Julie will continue to provide excellent service throughout the rest of the purchasing process.

GoogleYesterday we completed the sale on our House. I am sure in the current climate that being an estate agent can't be easy and buyers hard to come by. Phil at InHouse was absolutely first class, when showing our buyer around a different house he realised that our house would be perfect for what the buyer was looking for. After a couple of viewings an offer was received that was acceptable to all. Phil has been professional throughout the sale of our house keeping me informed an up to date without overdoing it. We can't thank you enough! I would recommend InHouse to sell your house everytime!

GooglePhil, Dianne and the rest of the In House Team were both professional and responsive and great to deal with. They sold my property during the Covid-19 restrictions so not an easy time for anyone in business but they got the sale over the line. Would recommend for their local knowledge and that they kept me informed of progress with the sale.

GoogleReally great experience with in house letting. John made time to show us around 4 properties at very short notice and really made an effort to understand what we were wanting rather than sell just anything like many other lettings agents we came across. We had a extremely productive day and put an offer down on the day. The move in went smoothly too and we are looking forward to working with them as our property management! Great service!

GoogleA genuinely lovely group of people to deal with, particularly Phil & Diane. For our first home, it was a great buying experience. Always helpful throughout, whether it was questions about the town, property or buying process generally - In House were always there for a chat or advice, and very good with keeping us up to date with everything. Their recommendations for a mortgage broker and solicitor were both excellent, and made the process really smooth! Certainly 5 stars from us, and we’d happily recommend In House.

GoogleWithin three weeks, we had put in an application for a beautiful house, got accepted and moved in! Thomas Morris were professional and efficient throughout the whole process and I can't recommend them enough. Jacqueline dealt with the reference process and all queries that I had and she was so helpful and thorough. We received a lengthy and detailed inventory the day before we moved in, the fire alarms were checked upon collecting keys and we received an information booklet. I look forward to spending many years in our new home, however, when the time comes to move again, I will most certainly use Thomas Morris again!
