GoogleIt is very unfortunate I have to give a bad review after a good moving in process. I moved in to a house with jo in January she was very accommodating and very easy to speak to. everything was sorted very quickly with no problems at all and she was very professional. Moving out however has been an absolute nightmare. I began speaking to the agents middle of July to get my deposit back at the end of the month when I moved out. (with the landlords permission and approval). They will just not give my money back, even though I was promised my deposit returned at the start of the month they have promised 4 dates that they will give it back to me and have not done it every time and not even called to let me know. every time I call them up they make an excuse and promise a new date and fail to deliver every time. we are now on the 19th of august and they still have not returned my deposit. its a shame that the standard they give to moving in isn't the same as the aftercare or when you leave the deposit. I am gutted as the team I dealt with at the start where so good. I have been waiting for my money for a month now and especially in this time where money is tight is not fair on the customer at all.

GoogleI wish to give a BIG shout out to Jo Costin! Whilst selling our flat, Jo has kept us updated on a daily basis, and as the process stalled she exhibited tenacity and determination in bringing the deal to a conclusion. Today we finally exchanged, I cannot thank her or commend her highly enough. Everyone needs a Jo in their corner when selling a property!

GoogleWe used Marriotts to sell our property to relocate to a different area. The staff worked hard to get us where we needed to be and Jo managed to see the purchase through successfully despite some delays. We are very grateful to everyone that worked on our sale and would us Marriotts again

GoogleWe used Tom from TLC Properties to sell our big, Edwardian townhouse in the centre of Harrogate because we liked him as a person, and because he was very knowledgeable about the market. We had two offers within a few days of each other and Tom gave us some fantastic advice to manage the situation. He was very patient, understanding, open and honest the whole way through the marketing, the show arounds and the sale process and he always kept us calm and positive when we were worried about anything. He definitely knows his stuff and you really couldn't wish for a nicer estate agent!
