I can’t fault the level of customer service I received from Thomas Morris (mainly Jen, who was my main point of contact) who dealt with the process of me and my partner who bought our first new home within the local area moving from London it wasn’t easy due to the distance and was kept in the loop with consistent updates via email and phone calls as the person in the middle they did a great job of communicating between both parties to provide the correct information at all times. If you are buying a house in the local area I would highly recommend using Thomas Morris, I know I will when it comes to selling this property in the future. Sean at TM in Ramsey has been amazing throughout this whole process. His customer service is second to none, hes honest, friendly, has kept me updated and answers all my questions quickly. When I lost all hope in selling my place he came out the next day to have a chat and gave me options that I never knew were available, and gave me so much more confidence in moving. To this day we had no form of contact from you. We have our property to sell to relocate so we are not time wasters. I hope your vendor knows what a bad service you provide.
