I wish to give a BIG shout out to Jo Costin! Whilst selling our flat, Jo has kept us updated on a daily basis, and as the process stalled she exhibited tenacity and determination in bringing the deal to a conclusion. Today we finally exchanged, I cannot thank her or commend her highly enough. Everyone needs a Jo in their corner when selling a property!

We used Marriotts to sell our property to relocate to a different area. The staff worked hard to get us where we needed to be and Jo managed to see the purchase through successfully despite some delays. We are very grateful to everyone that worked on our sale and would us Marriotts again

Ben showed us around a property nearby and although we felt that property wasn't for us, Ben was so professional throughout the viewing, he knew his stuff and was able to answer our questions no problem and he was genuinely a pleasure to talk to! Would highly recommend

We used Tom from TLC Properties to sell our big, Edwardian townhouse in the centre of Harrogate because we liked him as a person, and because he was very knowledgeable about the market. We had two offers within a few days of each other and Tom gave us some fantastic advice to manage the situation. He was very patient, understanding, open and honest the whole way through the marketing, the show arounds and the sale process and he always kept us calm and positive when we were worried about anything. He definitely knows his stuff and you really couldn't wish for a nicer estate agent!

It couldn’t have been easy with the amount of enquiries and viewings on our house but they negotiated us fantastic offer over home report which we never expected!
