Truly impressed with the service provided by Julie, from initial enquiry through to virtual viewing and subsequent follow up. Excellent, prompt and most professional communications throughout. Swoop offered a superb service overall. We had a poor experience from our own bank, Barclays who took more than 3 months without any substantive progress on our CBILS application. We were assigned a dedicated Accounts Manager by Swoop who got our loan approved in 5 days and the money was in our account shortly afterwards.

We chose Thomas Morris in Biggleswade to market our property when we decided to sell and relocate. We really liked their professional, friendly and helpful approach. Although it was a testing time in the housing market and difficult at times, they always kept us well informed and promoted the property well with good viewing results, achieving a fair sale price and with reasonable fees. We also used them previously and would highly recommend them . Ryan , Daniel , Jen and the team made great efforts to assist and were always available to discuss any issues we had.
