Sarah Mercer (mortgage advisor) was so helpful when I bought my first property three years ago that I sought her out again when looking to move. She goes above and beyond to solve even the smallest issues, and is always quick to respond to any queries. Sarah is lovely to work with, and I would fully recommend her services.

I spoke to Julie in the sales department who could not have been more helpful when we wanted to book a viewing. She is without doubt a different type of estate agent, she actually cares about you and appreciates it's the most important purchase of your life. She offered me some fantastic advice and really helped us.

Jeremy Wright, the so called 'director' is absolutely useless. He emails you saying you have been shortlisted for a job and asks if you have any questions then do not hesitate to get in touch...then he refuses to responds to any of his emails, phone calls or voice mail messages. he just can't be bothered obviously. USELESS COMPANY, AND TIME WASTERS! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM.

Thomas Morris have been a pleasure to work with. All members of the team have been efficient, communicative and friendly throughout. As a client you look to be taken through the sale /purchase process in an efficient and timely manner, not knowing if this will happen in reality. With Thomas Morris the journey has been excellent. Our main contact has been Sophie who clearly understands the market, is friendly, reliable and has always understood our requirements and worked to meet them. Courteous at all times she has, throughout, kept us up to date with house viewing feedback, potential house purchases and all related matters - a true professional. A first class service all round.
