Where do I start? They return your phone calls. They deliver on what they promise and the software they're selling works and does exactly what it should do. I've personally been dealing with Abel Ganeson & Blake Coote who's a Customer Care Specialist. Blake has ensured quick turn around times and has always been available when needed to push a client onboarding through quickly. Dealing with businesses is always going to be a necessity but when the people that work for these businesses make it their mission to solve my problems, it's an experience like none other. Thanks again guys!

We sold our property with Thomas Morris and we couldn't fault their service. Daniel was friendly and we felt he really understood our property and how to market it well. He achieved our asking price just a few days after the house going on the market, which we were really pleased with. We had two other agents value the house who wanted to put it up for between 15 and 30k less than Daniel got for us, so we were very pleased. Jon and Jen then took over the sale and helped us push things forward despite having quite difficult buyers. Without Jon's help and back and forth between us and the buyers I don't think we would have met our deadline for moving. All the team are friendly and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else selling.

Made a good start with a quick sale but after that my perception was that they let themselves down with poor communication and response to messages with the office. We have used other Thomas Morris offices in the past and had a great experience so we were disappointed with our most recent sale experience via the Huntingdon office.

Some communication based issues which were resolved promptly by the manager. The number of stars relates more to my frustration about not securing a property than it does the service - as am not a customer therefore not experienced their services. Hope they are proactive if other flats in the areas of interest we noted come up.
