GoogleSold a house last year through Thomas Morris. Whilst the team were very friendly, I did feel let down by the lack of communication, and found we was going back and forth on things which could have been avoided. It was a stressful time in the reason for the house sale, so felt this could have been dealt with better communication.

We were particularly impressed by Evan who did the majority of our viewings, he made the time to talk to us and involve us to ensure all viewers got all the information they needed and we felt happy at all times that he was interested in our property and keen to find the right buyer.

GoogleMade a good start with a quick sale but after that my perception was that they let themselves down with poor communication and response to messages with the office. We have used other Thomas Morris offices in the past and had a great experience so we were disappointed with our most recent sale experience via the Huntingdon office.
