GoogleOur office has been using Spoke to successfully promote Listings, Sale Results and Agent Profiles across Facebook, Instagram and the Google Display Network in 2021. The advertisements are effective and provide great value for our clients. The ongoing training and support received from our Account Manager has been very valuable.

GoogleSpoke has been an amazing tool I have used professionally. Been in constant contact with our rep Blake who is like an extension to my team. Friendly, great customer service always happy to have a laugh or two. Its amazing when you can find a product that works for you and with you but also have the most amazing rep in the business. If you are reading the reviews its because you are interested so from one review reader to another... just do it!

GoogleSpoke have been a great addition to our business. The ease of managing social media and the responses have been significant. Blake has been incredibly helpful and is readily available to support us and guide us through some of the curlier steps with facebook set up, his patience and persistence helped us get through. I highly recommend Spoke.

GoogleSpoke is an amazing tool , I would never bother with paper or radio media again. The reach and ability to target your audience is outstanding coupled with professional template ads provided in the software tool. I would highly reccommend this marketing tool. The spoke support team we have dealt with have been outstanding, their customer service and problem solving are next to none. Thank you Luka & Abel for all your support! You guys are awesome !!!

GoogleWe've been using Spoke for a 3 months now and the support from Ben has been fantastic and the results have followed. We have had a record month with valuations and can honestly accredit some of this to the marketing through this platform. It's great value and I would highly recommend the using this software.

GooglePay per email! Good at selling their product but then TERRIBLE support - They are reselling a product from another country so do not have database access, etc. Any group updates or changes require downloading your entire database to excel, copy-pasting the columns into to a separate "import" spreadsheet and then re-uploading! I think the fact the export spreadsheet is not in the correct format to be used as the import spreadsheet is a great example of how badly developed this CRM is. They need a support dept that can complete mass actions requests since users cannot perform these actions themselves on more than 1 contact at a time. *EDIT: I note they made reference to not wanting to stuff up the Match Alerts process currently in place so I did some investigation and it is already broken from several months ago and not sending(something they were apparently unaware of despite investigating my file and citing the importance of working match alerts as their reason for inaction in the below reply). Like I said support do not help, and management are good at selling the product but they have no idea what is going on so I think they must be resellers of some international CRM product. The web UI lacks the ability to select more than 5000 results from a contact search, etc. The support department cannot action any group updates or changes. You must do it yourself via the export/import process described above or pay a staffmember to update manually via the web page. If you are looking for a CRM, I would shop around for an alternative...

GoogleThere is a bug whereby buyers who check in using the QR code do not appear in Pocket. Therefore it is not possible to make notes or send the listing documents. It’s embarrassing. Today the same problem occurred in 3 opens. How do I escalate this problem?

GoogleTwo things make Spoke stand out for us. Firstly the support- Abel has been like an extension to our team and is always available to troubleshoot, support or encourage. Secondly, the results. Being able to see exactly how campaigns are performing, make adjustments and get a high-performing ad-campaign launched in just a few minutes makes it an absolute no-brainer for us. Would recommend to anybody who listens!

GoogleReally poor website. Their main focus from the start is to gain more customers rather than make it easy to look at properties for sale. I was looking for a property that has a new sale board in the garden, which after 4 days is still neither on their website or on Rightmove.

GoogleWe used Thomas Morris to sell our house recently & they were brilliant from start to finish! After a rough experience with a previous agency we couldn’t have been in better hands than with these guys. Jen and Evan made sure we were up to date at all times, taking all steps we needed to and it was an added bonus that they’re both lovely people. Shout out to India too who managed to sell our house during her first weeks at TM! It can be the case that you feel you’re being ‘sold to’ with an estate agent- this wasn’t the case with Jen & Evan and they were both more than happy to answer any questions without hesitation or judgement. Thomas Morris did not disappoint and we sold the house over the asking price in less than a week! Not to mention we got so many viewings booked even before the house went on the market. GoogleHouse purchase We finally bought our first house and we couldn't be more happy with the service from Thomas Morris, and from Andrea and Mandy in particular! Andrea, our estate agent, she has been most patient and helpful throughout the whole process, she has meticulously been following up with vendors for timelines updates. I don't know how can we adequately thank her for all the help she gave us during process and for the her patience with all the daily calls. Mandy has been working very closely with vendor's solicitors supporting with expediting timelines and exchange. It felt daunting at the beginning, but she smoothed the way and explained everything so clearly. Because of the support from both of them, we now have a place to call our own. So appreciated!
