GooglePhilip and Diane helped sell our house and buy a new one in a neighbouring village. Despite their workload, they were always helpful, professional and good at managing expectations. Philip was out single point of contact and when obstacles arose he was thoughtful and understanding rather than pushy. He has a unique skill in defusing a situation which helped us all complete before Christmas. Would be very happy to do business again with Inhouse!

GoogleFollowing our sale we received outstanding support from Annie, however overall I wasn't completely satisfied with the service I received from In House and probably wouldn't have used them in hindsight. From the get go I had to chase to get the valuation sorted. Steve was apologetic about this though, and ended up doing both the valuation and photos. Following our sale I sent an email asking for some advice on onward purchases as it was our first time selling and still to this day haven't received a response, despite being assured the team would be on hand to answer any queries we may have about the process. The team were incredibly pushy about us using the recommended solicitors, which were unfortunately a lot more expensive than other solicitors. Even after we exchanged I was still met with criticism about not using the recommended solicitors. I would say if perhaps you are a more experienced or confident seller than myself In House would be a good agent to use.

GoogleFran has been amazing & talked us through the whole sale process as many times as needed. She was always very helpful and friendly. Thomas Morris did not disappoint and we sold the house over the asking price in less than a week! Not to mention we got so many viewings booked even before the house went on the market. Fran is now helping us find our forever home. Could not recommend better agent! 5 stars

GoogleEnquired about selling my house with them. Lee, the manager for Ramsey branch, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and approachable and spent a good couple of hours with us at our initial meeting. So far my experience has been excellent.
