Then used the lettings team to find a tenant, special thanks to India Blows for sterling work showing the property & turning it around so quickly. I found everyone at the Biggleswade branch helpful and enthusiastic, and would happily use again.

GoogleThe worst people out there. Please stay away from renting from this people or get involved anyway. I am now waiting for my deposit for rent for almost one month. They are lazy and very rude closing the phone on clients if they are asked to do something to help. Landlord asked them to pay my deposit but they are failing to do so. 22 days now from when I left the rented property and money stil not returned.

GoogleWe noticed a lot of Thomas Morris boards around Warboys so when we came to sell it was a no brainer to book them in for a valuation. Dom valued our home, he was professional and friendly and put us at ease straight away. Our house was in the market soon enough and sold within a week. We also used their in house financial advisor, Sarah, who we were happy with. Couldn’t have been happier with using them to market our property and recommend them to anyone looking to sell in and around the area. Thankyou Dom, Kris & the team!

Googlethe team have helped me sell a very quirky property, after the loss of 2 family members in quick succession, and with me re-locating abroad half way though. they have worked through very challenging circumstances to find the right way of marketing the property, supported me on the ground and helped with buyer management through a long probate process. Could not recommend Dan, Alex, Barney, Jemma and the team more

GoogleWe had to sell for care costs. Simon and his team were brilliant to get us the best price and made sure we were up dated regularly, and everything went smoothly. Would use them again.

GoogleHighly recommend Thomas Morris Ramsey. Julie and her team have been fab throughout the process of purchasing our first property. Emails and calls are answer promptly and they are always happy to help with anything you need. I'm sure when the time comes to sell (hopefully not anytime soon) we will use them as our EA. There was no off-putting 'hard sell' to use their services; they provided us with strategic and sensible advice about how to price our house; drew on local knowledge to market the property in the best way to potential buyers; and have been on hand throughout the process to provide further guidance and support. Everyone at the office - Amit, Robert, Fiona and Dominic - has been incredibly professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Thomas Morris to anyone looking to sell in this area.
