Thank you so much for helping us to find a perfect home! Special thanks to Katie Gravener she is so nice and helpful! Really appreciate what she has done for us. We are Hong Kongers and we have just moved to UK. We were struggling to rent a property and settle down. We found out it was not easy to rent a property as we are new here. We were very helpless at that time. Katie knew our situation and try matching the potential landlords with us. Finally we rented a property nearly the end November successfully. Staff are very professional as well. All documents were clear and accurate. Very reliable! I am sure that landlords and property sellers or buyers will receive excellent services from them. Thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻to Think Estate Agents! Sorry for my bad English but really want to say a thank you!

Think dealt with the purchase of our new forever home and I can't fault them. It was a delayed process due to issues with the vendors onward purchase and Sharon was patient, always happy to answer questions and provide updates when available. I'd would absolutely recommend Think over any other Newton based estate agent.

Before choosing Think, I canvassed a few local estate agents to assist in the sale of my property in Newton-Le-Willows. What really led me to appointing think as the estate agents for my sale was mostly due to Jack’s professional yet honest analysis of the property and helping me look at the real positives of the property whilst helping me consider some of the potential negatives or room for improvement. Other estate agents were quick to highlight the negatives straight away. I also opted to sell my property with one of Jack’s videos although it cost slightly more very well worth it. Not only this Matthew looked after the sale once it was underway and was dependable and help keep a reliable communication between myself as the vendor, my buyer my solicitor and also my chains solicitors et cetera. I notice Matt is currently a property expert in training according to his signature but I can assure you he knows his stuff and really supported me through some of the tricky parts of litigation. Additionally when Matt was unavailable Sharon was brilliant at picking up the reins. All in all a great service and thankful for all of the support and hard work. Thank you

Think estate agents were reliant and dependable throughout my house purchase. Sharon's communication and updates were frequent and informative. She spent a lot of time coordinating 3 sets of solicitors in the chain and chasing them to ensure good progress was being made.

Hannah from Think Lettings Earlestown/Haydock came out to our home to do an annual inspection. Hannah arrived on time, she remained professional at all times and moved swiftly throughout the house completing the inspection with ease and genuine concern. She was friendly and chatty and made notes of my concerns. She was a pleasure to have in our home in these odd times. She was a lovely young lady, an ambassador to Think LettingsPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We have been renting a property through THINK for almost a year now and the service has been amazing. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and they have regularly checked that the tenancy still meets our needs. They have always responded quickly to any emails or calls and have provided a high level of customer service. We have rented with other providers previously and THINK's attitude towards their tenants, professionalism and responsiveness is of a very high quality compared to previous estate agents. We highly recommend the THINK team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
