I have been renting with Think Lettings for 18 Months now and they have been great. Moving in was easy and there is always someone there to answer the phone when I call them. 9 months of a hellish move from the other party. Took OUR DEPOSIT! They also manipulate Google and Facebook reviews. Don't rent from them. They took ages for repairs, leaving us with no living conditions for months! The house was rented to us, all yellow of so dirty it was! In the end we got threatened to either lose the deposit or go to court and fight for double amount. They charged us for things they didn't put in the inventory and we added a lot of bad things to it. They'll really take advantage of tenants and won't take care of you, they only care for the landlord.

Before choosing Think, I canvassed a few local estate agents to assist in the sale of my property in Newton-Le-Willows. What really led me to appointing think as the estate agents for my sale was mostly due to Jack’s professional yet honest analysis of the property and helping me look at the real positives of the property whilst helping me consider some of the potential negatives or room for improvement. Other estate agents were quick to highlight the negatives straight away. I also opted to sell my property with one of Jack’s videos although it cost slightly more very well worth it. Not only this Matthew looked after the sale once it was underway and was dependable and help keep a reliable communication between myself as the vendor, my buyer my solicitor and also my chains solicitors et cetera. I notice Matt is currently a property expert in training according to his signature but I can assure you he knows his stuff and really supported me through some of the tricky parts of litigation. Additionally when Matt was unavailable Sharon was brilliant at picking up the reins. All in all a great service and thankful for all of the support and hard work. Thank you
