GoogleJade was very helpful during my time as a tenant which was the main reason of returning as a landlord when I needed to rent out my own property. Jade has again been really effective in managing all aspects of the advertisment, compliance and tenant setup. Would reccomend.

GoogleEllie has been managing my property portfolio brilliantly over the months she’s been working at THINK 😊 Ellie’s communication is great, she’s quick to reply and always sorts things out without me having to chase her up. Inspections are really thorough too and she never lets certificates laps which takes a lot of stress off me. It’s been great having someone this reliable and switched on handling things. I couldn’t ask for better 😊

GoogleSold my house with THINK, they were exceptional from start to finish. We had a short time frame to sell the house as we’d already found the house we wanted. Not only did they find a buyer within 2 weeks, we got full asking price. I particularly like the fact they set up a WhatsApp group and keep you informed all the way through the entire process. Would recommend THINK to anybody looking to sell their home.

GoogleI work with a lot of estate and letting agents, and Think Estates are genuinely one of the best teams I deal with. They’re efficient, quick to communicate and consistently professional. Hannah, the Operations Manager, has been excellent from the very first point of contact, and Ellie has been equally helpful and easy to work with. Everyone I’ve met within the wider team has also been friendly, organised and professional. It makes a real difference working with people who communicate clearly and are straightforward to deal with. A very well-run team and always a pleasure to work with.
