Think Estate Agents were acting on behalf of the vendor but were very helpful during the process, in particular Sharon McKay. I would recommend them if I were to buy/sell in the future.

Amazing estate agent, extremely high quality online adverts with photos and video tours. Very responsive to phone calls even outside of office hours. I believe it made a positive difference to the sale of my property which only took 48hrs.

I can't rate Think high enough. They dealt with our sale which turned into a rather long affair. That aside Sharon was always available to answer any questions we had and provide updates. Thank you to the Think team.

Can't speak highly enough of think- I was started in invest in a new area and they made the whole process so much easier, nothing is too much trouble, and I felt I was dealing with honest people who gave genuine advise. They also carefully pick tenants and the process is rigorous but this reassures you they have the landlords best interests at heart. Thank you

We were looking for our first house for a while and couldn’t find what we was looking for, Jack at Think couldn’t do enough for us he found us the perfect house and we viewed it straight away and made an offer that night! He went above an beyond to secure the home for us, from that moment till completion the Think team kept us in the loop and acted very professional throughout, even after we moved in they touched base to make sure that they couldn’t have done anything more ! Would highly recommend them whether you are buying, selling or even lettingPositiveProfessionalism

Think sold my house at perhaps the busiest time for the housing market. They got me more than I was expecting and have a small team which meant I wasn't always talking to someone who didn't know where things were up to. Sharon sold the house on the first viewing she did and is super kind and easy to speak to. Would use Think again no question.

Lovely helpful staff, nothing is ever too much trouble. As a tenant everything is dealt with so quickly and professionally. The 3/6 monthly inspections are brilliant for all landlords and especially with current covid situation they are still carried out for landlords in a safe and secure way. Would highly recommend to rent a property from these guys and also if you have a property to rent out i feel like they would give just as amazing service to their landlords as they do their tenants, they definitely stand for everything i believe in for what agents should provide to their customers. Thank you for everything :)
