TrustpilotAvoid - Do not use
Avoid with all cost - They will maliciously try to grab your deposit regardless. I was a tenant for 2 years in one of their properties and had 4 people come to help clean the property for exit interview. We used an industrial carpet cleaner .Cleaned every surface to a standard way higher than when we entered. Any person with a pair of eyes can compare the pictures they took for the inventory to begin with and see how dirty and disgusting the property was when we moved in (not even hoovered, windows covered in dirt and mould) and how we left it and see we did them a favour. Now they're trying to claw almost all our deposit to redecorate and clean the property! What a joke! The property wasn't even decorated when we moved in (walls painted over old marking and stains with a DIFFERENT COLOR OF PAINT, washed over and streaky everywhere white on top of yellow). Disgusting behavior, specifically Julie Curran, Stay well away! You'd think a larger company would be more professional, but as i can see with other reviews this is a common theme. Thieves ------------------------------------ Update: The Resolution service saw through their lies. Jog on you thieves

FacebookNo I wouldn’t recommend at the final stage of a move and haven’t heard from anyone for over 3 weeks now, even if it was just a call for a little reassurance through this difficult time, completely unprofessional.

FacebookI used the property centre once and never again! they are all nice while you are going through the process of renting but as soon as you move in everything changes! we rented a house which had a serious problem with mould and leaking which we were not made aware of, seeing as I was pregnant at the time the decent thing to do was tell me. fast forward time and plenty of times of reporting issues my baby was born and due to these problems I lived downstairs, they are a waste of space and have no time for you as soon as you have signed on the dotted line. avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs! They will scam you out of your deposit. Poor customer service and exorbitant fees for tenants. All round bad experience. I was a tenant with this company for almost a year (property directly managed by them). I have three comments which contribute to the 1 star rating: 1. Application fees/tenant fees are extremely high, well over £350 to get a flat is just ridiculous and explotive of people who can only afford to rent 2. We had an "inspection" where my partner was in the property. The inspector had disgraceful manners, lost their temper and acted extremely unprofessional. When we pointed problems with the flat they were not helpful and blamed us 3. When we left the property (in a better state than we found it) they took £120 from the deposit for "cleaning". Never provided a receipt or evidence that the money was spent, and avoided communication Go with any other letting agency than this!

GoogleEmily and her team are very professional and personable. They sold my house and helped me find a suitable property to move into without any hassle. Credit where credit is due. Sam has also been a big help in setting up a new mortgage for us.

FacebookSold my home with Cheltenham branch and had dealings with all the other branches when looking to purchase. Consistent professional and friendly standards, explained everything clearly and nothing was too much trouble, every member of staff I dealt with in whichever office I was calling were always helpful and did what they promised. Excellent service and would definitely recommend. Many thanks.
