We have been so delighted with all the staff at the Stroud office . Thank you to Ella & Josh with viewings. But a very special thank you to Elle Winchester. She has been helping my disabled sister to find a suitable over 55s flat & to sell her own flat. Nothing has been too much trouble ; Elle has excellent customer communication skills & has at all times worked very hard to minimise the stress to my sister & keeping us both in the loop too. Oli, Rechay and co. Did a Stella job of handling my often complex sale case. We completed with a happy chain and very tight on time but it was thanks to their involvement and dedication to help move things forward that we got there in the end!
