Not a great lady that showed us around a property, not a very warm welcome. Had booked in viewings very close to each other so ended up pretty much being moved on so the other person could view, bearing in mind that the person after us got a very warm welcome and greeting unlike our family. Just forgot about us viewing it and went on to the next client and left us to go out the back door, worst viewing weve ever had.

GoogleA bit of a cliché but the property centre truly helped us get our dream home. We were difficult, stubborn and fussy customers and were always treated with exceptional customer service! I don’t know how they do it but whenever we rang anyone of the team would answer the phone and would know who I was and what position my sale/purchase was at. The team are incredible!

GoogleAn unbelievably excellent service from start to finish, not your usual estate agent experience. From the initial market appraisal that was carried out professionally, through to final completion I cannot fault the team at Quedgeley. Before they even took the photos they had viewings arranged, and within less than 72 hours they had a number of offers on the property, all with buyers with verified mortgage offers, and all over the asking price. From that point, they kept me informed of the process, and the actual sale was completed in record time. In fact the buyer wanted to exchange early whilst I was out of the country, and the team at Quedgeley even managed to find me a property to rent that suited my needs while I was out of the country and managed to get all the dates to match so I could move easily.

GoogleFrom the beginning, The Property Centre were absolutely amazing in finding us our perfect home. All members of staff that we met during the viewing process were so friendly, helpful and if they didn't know the answer to a question made sure they got back in touch once they found out the answer. Our experience only improved on our journey to completion, as without the support of our sales progressor I'm sure there would have been even more sleepless nights! When we decide to move on we will 100% come back to The Property Centre!

I dealt with Jackie mainly, who has been absolutely amazing, I am so impressed with Jackie’s communication, her kindness and how she guides you through it. We’ve been updated every couple of days on any changes and it has kept us at ease making the process so far, easy and stress free - something I was extremely concerned about going when selling & buying because we hadn’t had great service previously from a Tuffley based estate agents. Would highly recommend- And Jackie thank you for being so fabulous.

GoogleSo to preface this, we now have a long relationship with The Property Centre as far as buying a home goes. We tried purchasing a house through them back in October 2021, had the offer accepted, mortgage in place, survey done etc and then the seller pulled out. We were devastated and out several thousand pounds and as first time buyers this is not the experience we had expected. The Property Centre were very supportive during this time, and we started working together closely to find our next property to try and purchase, we had a small area to look at based on our requirements and a difficult time to buy in any area was made worse by no housing stock coming to market. The team worked tirelessly trying to find us a place, getting us in to properties as soon as humanly possible, constantly keeping us in the loop with potential properties and ensuring that we had the best advice when it came to making offers of our own. I'd specifically like to mention how helpful Lucy, Jackie and Victoria were; they were an absolute God send through this process and were so patient and determined to find us a place and I can happily say we have completed and are in our new home thanks to them. We couldn't be happier and we'll certainly be using their services in the future.

We were able to negotiate the fees with ease and no awkwardness. It was a great experience. I was updated every step of the way and even with some more challenging issues further down the chain we were able to complete within a good time frame. I highly recommend property centre and will certainly use them again. They were absolutely brilliant. I cannot fault them!
