GoogleWe had a great experience with the Property Centre. They knew the area well and were therefore able to offer clear guidance and expertise and they worked hard to offer a proactive and supportive service. The process felt transparent and clearer than with some other estate agents we've used. Barney was great to work with, knowledgeable and communicative. He worked hard to progress things as quickly and smoothly as possible.

GoogleI have nothing but good praise for The Property Centre. They impressed me on the day of the viewing itself. I have been to many viewings in the past and have always felt that estate agents don't usually give their best when showing you the property. Most of them just open the main door for you and leave you to explore the place by yourself. Some won't even know answers to half of your questions! But Charlotte proved me wrong. Not only that she had good knowledge about the property but she even advised some refurb ideas which made us feel like we could actually live in that property. Just how a viewing session should be! Lorna and Allison have always been in constant touch with me during the entire process and made me feel at ease with regular updates and reassurances, especially when things were getting delayed as sometimes they do. Lorna has always been very courteous yet professional in her approach at all times. I highly recommend this company.

GoogleLorna at property centre has been managing my property sale. I can’t speak highly enough of the service she has provided, despite problems with solicitors on both sides, Lorna has gone over and above what was expected to keep both me and the buyer up to date and reassured. She has always been proactive in trying to find solutions to the issues we have experienced and guide the solicitors on both sides to bring the sale to the quickest possible resolution. I have dealt with estate and letting agents before and never had such a positive experience. I would recommend Property Centre to anyone based on the experiences I had dealing with Lorna in facilitating the sale and Lucy who I initially dealt with when putting the property on the market. Thoroughly professional throughout.

GoogleJames and the Quedgeley team provided a great service. From finding a property to completion. Friendly agents, no hassle calls and always able to answer questions and assist when necessary. Highly recommended and I would not go to any other agent. Also has an on-site mortgage facility if you require. Thank you Lee. I have also used the property centre for previous sales and purchases. Easy to find location within Quedgeley. By far the best agents around.

GoogleHaving used The Property Centre in Quedgeley several times over the last 13 years, both for house sales and purchases, I can highly recommend them. James Elson and his team provide excellent friendly, customer service. James is extremely knowledgeable with regards the local properties and very experienced in selling. We had regular viewings and feedback after each one. Our recent sale was completed quicker than we expected, with the help of Hannah Taylor, sales progression team leader, who was very efficient in chasing the chain’s estate agents and solicitor’s, and updating us with progress reports.

GoogleWe moved our 5 properties to TPC from another agent as we were having a difficult time with that agent. TPC managed the transition seamlessly, and Julie handled all of the outstanding maintenance on the properties swiftly. I feel supported now as a landlord and feel I get value for money from TPC. Julie Curran is just the best property manager. She is helpful and informative. She keeps me up to date with any issues and concerns and actions any requests in a timely manner. I trust her and her advice, and I feel she represents me well as a landlord whilst also being fair to our tenants. She certainly makes my life easier and being a landlord easier.

GoogleRight from the start meeting James at the house I knew this was the company after using 2 others with no success! After a grilling from my partner James agreed to help get this property sold and he did just that! Hannah who then took over! She had her work cut out with the buyer from start to finish but I couldn't of asked any more from her! She went above and beyond to get this sale done! How she did it I don't know but THANK YOU!!!

Although it was a long ride, I have found the team extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them fully if you are looking for an agent to manage your sale. Would like to call out Lucy and the entire Quedgeley team for their help with the listing, viewings and negotiations, and Hannah and Lorna from the sales progression team who had to deal with very tricky and frustrating chain, but kept me fully up to date on what was going on throughout the process

GoogleAn excellent service I had received from this organization. The contract was broke in the early stage but the team helped to re-contract it. Their effort was rewardable and I could fell their commitment. Thank you for this re-contract. Miss Hannah guide me step by step as this was my first purchase. She had even email, linked up with the solicitor and make a line constantly which make me confident in the process. She was very helpful and friendly. I bought house well before than I expect. GoogleWe recently sold a property through The Property Centre and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Despite some challenging circumstances, Hannah, James and the Team were always on hand to support and answer any questions we had. They struck the perfect balance between supporting the buyers and ourselves which is imperative. We would definitely use The Property Centre again if we move back to the area.

GoogleMy husband and I are first time buyers and have never been through the buying process before. The Property Centre were very understanding and friendly. They guided us through the process and helped with all of our queries. We specifically dealt with Victoria Adams from the Quedgeley office for our viewing and she was lovely and relaxed. She didnt pressure us or follow us around and answered all of our questions. Then from having our offer accepted we dealt with Hannah Taylor who has just been absolutely amazing. Again as a first time buyer I was inundating Hannah with question after question and she answered them all promptly and friendly. Couldn't have asked for someone better. Property Centre have been quick and kept us up to date the entire way through. Definitely felt like they were doing everything they could for us to speed up the process. Thank you very much.

Courtney and Victoria were always on time and helpful when it came to viewings and Hannah is probably the only reason that our chain didn't collapse. Will definitely use the property centre again if it means working with people of the same calibre.
