GoogleWe are so grateful for the time and effort the whole team at the property centre put into the whole process of buying our house, we never felt like we had to chase for answers from them or that we were made to feel silly for the numerous questions we had as first time buyers. I can't fault the property centre at all, they were always friendly on communications and we often got a response within 24 hours!

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience selling with the property centre Quedgeley. They secured so many viewings in the first week and got a sale secured at full asking price! No question was too big or small and communication throughout was fantastic. Victoria was brilliant throughout - from valuation through to completion, we couldn’t have asked for any more support from her and the team - highly recommend if you’re buying or selling in Gloucester!

GoogleOur house sale was a long-haul process due to a house fire just before exchanging contracts. After the damage had been dealt with and we put the house back on the market, there was no doubt we were going to work with The Property Centre again. Both Barney Jackson and Rechay Richardson were amazing with straightforward and informative communication, regular updates by email or phone call, and generally pleasant to deal with. Rechay's support getting the house to completion the second time 'round was invaluable. Thank you!

GoogleFrom my first interaction on the telephone when there was an instant positive response to my query followed by very quick availability for a viewing to the completion in a very short space of time everything was excellent. Oliver was very knowledgeable, very helpful and made the whole process problem free and easy for me to process. I was extremely impressed with the positive manner in which this transaction was carried out and cannot speak highly enough of the help and advice received during the transaction.

GoogleThank you so much! Oliver went above and beyond to help us with this house purchase. He was super knowledgeable, really helpful and gave loads of advice throughout which really enabled things to keep moving. We faced lots of challenges with the chain due to my house sale, Oliver didn’t need to help but thankfully took it upon himself to so that we could keep things moving. I don’t believe we’d have got the purchase/sale done as quickly as we did without Oliver’s expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Property Centre again in future, the whole team were excellent!
