GoogleAs consumers, it is all too easy to be negative, to criticize, to demand absolute perfection and even beyond in every respect from our service providers when it benefits our own self interests. For some, this is even knowingly to the detriment of others. For letting agents that need to serve both the tenants and landlords interests in equal measure, it is essential that they shall be capable of exercising the required duty of care fairly and judiciously to all concerned parties at all times. In this context, I commend the JNP Letting’s team for their positive endeavors towards this goal. And in particular, their sincerity, integrity, attention to equality and dedication to respect the intricacies of the tenancies with due care, attention and safety awareness are most commendable. Their honesty to accept responsibility for any shortcomings and to proactively implement corrective actions as required to continuously improve upon their level of service from lessons learnt are also most refreshing and praiseworthy.

GoogleAgree with Luke and Sophie. I wish I have read about the reviews last year before renting with them. Never had so much stress living anywhere, and I have always been very careful looking after the properties as much as I can. This is the worst experience we have had with any company. If you are reading this review, please make sure you avoid them. When I have some time I will write down the details about our experience. I wish I can at least save somebody from repeating what we have been through.

GoogleOn the whole a satisfactory and professional service, very helpful and informative from start to finish. My only quip would be that a regular communication weekly update would have been great. I would use JNP estate agents again i were to move in the future.

GoogleUnbelievably incompetent. Lloyd does not have a care in the world. He was asked to sort out prospective tenants suitability and credit checks on a Monday, but when I called on the Wednesday, ' he was hoping to get round to it later in the day!'. His management do not manage, but then probably have no concept of the meaning. And they still want a £1100 for their lazy pompous attitude. Why did I go with them, their sales colleagues in Prestwood are fantastic.

GoogleThe staff are friendly,helpful and accommodating nothing is to much for them. They tried really hard to sell our property in a time when the market was slow and managed to do this over time for us. We originally brought our house through them and decided to sell through them again when we were ready and we would use them again too as each time we had no problem with the service.

GoogleThis estate agents are the worst I have ever dealt with. Not only are they horrendous at getting back to you during a difficult situation but they are incredibly rude. In the last year of my contract they have made every effort to make everything difficult for me and my family who lived in their property. Even on moving into the property they had not given the house a professional clean as promised and previous tenants had left items in the garden which they still hadn't moved by the end of our tenancy. We still have no idea how much they are taking off our deposit because there is constantly a break down in communication and they gave myself, my brother and my husband a horrendous review for our next estate agents claiming that 'we were appalling tenants' and that they needed to bring in pest control which is completely untrue. They didn't even allow us to make sure the house was professionally cleaned at check out, even with us asking if we could even pay for an extra days rent to make this possible. I have never been so outraged or upset with an estate agents in my life and they have done nothing but make our lives a misery. Please do not use them, it will give you more stress than you've bargained for.

GoogleExcellent support and service from all the team. House buying and selling can be very challenging at times and Greame did a fantastic job at keeping our chain together with regular updates and sound, logical advice. Having JNP acting on my behalf certainly helped keep the stress levels down.

GoogleFrom the moment I sent a query to JNP via Right Move I have had excellent service. Michael Skeath was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely responsive to emails and calls ensuring our move went through much faster than we had expected. Everyone at the office was really friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend JPN more highly.

GoogleJust to be clear, this is a review regarding JNP Lettings. Over the 8 years of renting across the country I have not had such a bad tenancy experience. From the moment we moved in we've had to chase them for every little thing. Felt like we did their job for them. The team is highly under qualified and poorly trained but most of all - they do not care about you. If you are renting with them, check your tenants rights as they won't follow theirs. We spent a year being treated like second class citizens and we do not wish this to anyone. It was a stressful and unpleasant year. Quick advise to JNP staff - don't work in customer service sector if you don't like or care about other people. Now that we are home owners, we will at no cost ever advertise with JNP and will make sure to share this with many people in the area.

GoogleWe used JNP to both sell our property and purchase a new home for the family. We dealt with Caroline in the High Wycombe office who is a credit to the company with her knowledge and efficiency. Wouldn’t use any other agent now and highly recommend. Totally took the stress out of moving with a young family.

GoogleA friend suggested I sell my place via JNP because she sold her's within 2 weeks. It took me a little longer to get a buyer but I must admit JNP were first rate in every respect and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Caroline Castle and Mark Prior were great people to have on your side - very responsive and understanding in every respect.

GoogleWe used JNP High Wycombe to sell my wife's elderly parents house so that they could move nearer to us. A few things really impressed us: Graeme really gives you confidence that he is working in your best interests, whether it be in negotiating an offer with a potential buyer, re-negotiating after the survey has been done, or when there are issues with solicitors etc. He was also very understanding of our requirements and it was obvious that he listened, understood and then tailored his service to our needs. We also received feedback after every viewing and all viewings were accompanied. Needless to say, a fantastic buyer was found within less than 8 weeks (which included the Christmas period, so you could say 5-6 weeks in reality). Once the sale was agreed, we exchanged contracts in less than 6 weeks. Very happy!! In short, if you want to sell a property in High Wycombe and you wish to be treated with respect, professionalism and empathy, then I recommend you contact Graeme Pierce at JNP.

GoogleWe have sold our house through JNP, bought through JNP using David Yates (financial advisor) based out of JNP and using their solicitors for conveyancing. Everything is going really well, we have been dealing with Steve, Mark and Caroline all of which have been so helpful and replying to emails and phone calls very quickly. Would highly recommend. And big shout out to David Yates who made miracles happen with our finances. The conveyancing team have a system called eway so you can track everything that is going on, download documents etc. Really good and would highly recommend

GoogleWhat can I say that will show the appreciation both my husband and I feel for the way JNP have been throughout the process of selling our house. All the staff we came into contact with were both professional and knowledgeable , really caring about us as people. This means a lot when you are doing something so personal as selling your home. GoogleBrilliant estate agents only wish I had advertised my property with them rather then Hurst. JNP represented the property I was buying and they were fantastic. Joshua Hare was brilliant with his communication via email and phone. I was in a very difficult chain which 6 months it took to complete Joshua pretty much saw it through to the end, Graeme Pierce was also fantastic in helping to get the purchase over the line. I can't recommend JNP enough.
