If I could give no stars I wolud. Big rip off they are just in it to steal your money they took the property off us and put it back on market and fefused to give £285 back, lloyd is about as much use as a wet tissue didn't even get back to us. We got back £50 as a good will gesture (good will my ar**) will never use or recommend them ever.🤬

Excellent service throughout - initial advice, attracting a number of interested buyers, getting a competitive price and following through with the actual sale. Martin Officer was particularly helpful.

Just had a boiler replaced. It's always difficult situation full of stress and upset when it's cold at home. Katrina from JNP did brilliant wrapping up whole situation professionally. Although a delay caused by my landlord, with a help from Tori while out of office day, they managed to get the team sent over weekend. At the end I got heating back sooner than the first estimation. Thank you

I cannot recommend JNP's Lettings Team in High Wycombe highly enough. Lloyd and Ben have kept me fully up to date on what was happening with my recent let at all times and phone calls returned promptly. Also a big thank you to their Handyman Dom for sorting out last minute manoeuvers - what a gem!

I recently had communication with Martin at JNP Estate Agents High Wycombe where he went out of his way (unusual these days) to be really helpful with a conveyencing issue. I would recommend these Estate Agents and will be using them in the future to help sell my property. I would recommend them 100%

Excellent and knowledgeable local agents who understand the local market and so are brilliantly placed to sell you home. Great to work with and very supportive. They helped us to sell our home and the service we received from everyone in the team (especially Caroline and Martin) was excellent. Would highly recommend and use again (although hoping we won't have to again for a while!)

It took almost a year for my house move to work out, but throughout it all I had fantastic service and support from the team at JNP. Caroline went out of her way on a number of occasions to achieve a successful move and I'm very grateful to her for all her efforts. Very many thanks to all involved.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at JNP particularly Caroline and Mark. They were very active in driving interest and found a buyer within 3 weeks of having the property on the market. Then they kept me updated as the sale progressed. I would definitely recommend them.

Bought and sold through JNP completing in December. Brilliant experience from their honesty and efficiency throughout the selling process to the hard work put in to help us get to exchange, especially by Caroline, when others were being less than helpful. Highly recommended.

I had previously purchased my flat through JNP, then rented it through JNP and the service was excellent. I have recently sold the flat and right from the start there was good effort starting with Mark and then taken over by Martin for the conveyancing. The online sign in tool is very useful for checking in to see feedback from viewings as well as a member of staff giving regular feedback by phone. A great service was given and I would recommend JNP to anyone thinking of selling locally. The value in getting the excellent service was well worth the slightly higher fee than other agents locally. Thank you all.

JNP have been brilliant as agents throughout the whole selling process. We bought our flat through JNP and have now sold with them. Martin has been super helpful in keeping me up to date with what's going on and explaining the process to me. They have also been great in helping us to find a home. Would highly recommend selling and buying through JNP. Big thanks to the whole team.
