GoogleI received a very professional, informative and attentive service from the team. Diellza in particular worked her 'magic' in keeping the chain intact and working to effect a successful completion. She also helped to steady my nerves!! Many thanks

GoogleMarco Moloudi took excellent care of us during the very long and convoluted process of us trying to buy a flat in Crouch End! From March 2019 to September 2020 everything went wrong that possibly could, everything was complicated and difficult and delayed and throughout it all Marco was there for us. He was invariably extremely helpful, competent and efficient and always went out of his way to reassure us, to iron out difficulties and facilitate our purchase. He even made himself available to us late on Christmas Eve and I believe he was the one person who was actually instrumental in getting contracts exchanged before Christmas! Without him it would not have happened. Marco is a courteous, intelligent and very pleasant young man, who is excellent at his job; he is a pleasure to deal with and he undoubtedly has a great career ahead of him. I can only recommend him very highly.

GoogleExcellent, excellent team. I've worked with many estate agents, including two on this particular sale. Vimal is calm and professional and does exactly what he says he's going to do. Sounds simple but this is actually pretty rare. From beginning to end Marco fully managed the sale. He liaised with us, the buyers, the tradesmen and was regularly in contact with both sets of solicitors. Marco would always know exactly what was going on, I did not have to chase him once. In fact, I'm sure he was the main reason we were in a position to complete within 6 weeks. Super impressed with this team, we will be using them again in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotGreat teamwork, communication and support to achieve a good sale
We've used Tatlers in the past and they helped us throughout the sale and purchase of our last move. Tatlers recently sold our house at a very good price and communication was good throughout, and we had a buyer within three weeks. The Tatlers team got involved and kept us informed every step of the way. We would certainly recommend them.

TrustpilotUnbelievably poor service and outcomes…
Unbelievably poor service and outcomes resulting in a complaint. As they did not have a complaints procedure they threatened legal action and an injunction to seize the assets from the sale of my home. This is neither professional nor reasonable. You have been warned.

GoogleWe recently used Tatlers in Crouch End to sell a one bedroom flat having had great service from the Muswell Hill branch. We were very impressed with the service we received from this office, and in particular our agent, Marco who was excellent and went above and beyond to help in many occasions and couldn’t have been more professional, polite and hardworking. I would highly recommend using Tatlers and we certainly will in the future.

GoogleThe team at Tatlers in Crouch End are excellent. Vimal’s strategy for selling my flat worked like a dream and he and Marco handled the whole process with expert knowledge and professionalism. They are prompt, proactive, calm and efficient and helped make selling a painless experience. As I live at a distance , they went out of their way to help when I couldn’t be there. A pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

TrustpilotSeller Beware
Seller Beware - having raised concerns regarding Tatler's service I was threatened with legal action. I sold my house through Tatlers in 2020 and was bitterly disappointed with aspects of their service, and as a consequence instructed my solicitor to withhold payment pending the resolution of my complaint. They immediately threatened legal action and suggested they would go to the Courts to seize all assets. This is neither professional nor proportionate and has led to a complaint to the Ombudsman. I will post the outcome of the Ombudsman's complaint in due course.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience selling our flat with Jordan and the team. It was a particularly tricky sale but Jordan and Vimal never gave up, they did everything they could and were so commited throughout the whole process, working out of office hours and going beyond the call of duty. They dedicated so much time and effort into getting the desired end result. They are also genuinely really nice guys and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe were very impressed by the team at Tatlers who acted as sole agents on the sale of our property. Everything went very smoothly at a time when the market has proven for many people to be very difficult. Communication was excellent between both sets of solicitors, us and the purchasers and all-in-all the whole transaction was very calm and simple from day one. I would highly recommend Tatlers as local agents in Crouch End and particular thanks go to Vimal for his help throughout.

TrustpilotGreat Service and Helpful Staff
Just had confirmation that our flat in Muswell Hill has successfully completed. It's been a long haul and Tatlers have been excellent in supporting us through selling and (temporarily) letting it. We'd give them 6 stars if we could! The service was very personal, they kept us informed and always went the extra mile. We live a long way away and having this excellent service has made the whole process less stressful than it might have been. We can't recommend them too highly.
