GoogleWe had a brilliant experience with Diellza from Tatlers for our recent flat purchase. She was always very responsive and reassuring with any questions we had. We particularly appreciated all her help chasing solicitors and keeping us in contact with the seller so we could move in as quickly as possible after exchange. I would highly recommend finding your new property through Tatlers Crouch End.

GoogleWe recently used Tatlers to sell our flat, having used them previously to sell our family home, when we downsized. We have had such a good experience both times. Diellza, in particular, merits special mention. She liaised with all parties, and kept the sale progressing throughout.

We had a very good experience with Michael of Tatlers at Muswell hill. Good service, well organised and very helpful. Tatlers definitely has my recommendation.

GoogleThe sales team consisting of Roberto, Diellza, and Natasha are excellent. They collectively generated plenty of interest, got buyers through the door and offers on the table all despite the market going through a lull, and my property not even being advertised online! I knew I was in good hands when Roberto signed me up and I met Diellza and Natasha. I could trust them to get my sale over the line - Natasha’s people skills, Roberto’s measured and trustworthy advice, and Diellza’s ability and expertise in reading both buyers and sellers and steering the parties, all worked to ensure buyers were secured and that the transaction was seen through. Marvellous work with both seller and buyers having a happy outcome.

GoogleRoberto and Natasha at Tatler's were calm and professional during the actual sales period and then seeing the sale through. Would recommend and wish I had started out with them instead of another agent.

GoogleDiellza was very good throughout the buying process - professional, responsive, and on top of things. Her communication was clear and timely, and she proactively liaised with the solicitor to help keep everything on track. I'd recommend her to anyone buying a flat.

TrustpilotVery disappointing experience overall
Very disappointing experience overall. The service felt careless and inconsistent from the beginning. Communication was slow, unprofessional and constantly unreliable. I shouldn’t have to chase people this much just to get basic answers. There was no sense of urgency, no ownership, no real accountability. At some point it became very obvious that my time and effort were valued far less than theirs. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who wants clarity, efficiency, or a professional approach. The market has moved forward.

I tried to arrange a viewing with Tatlers and the communication was extremely poor. They promised call backs that never happened, and emails were left unanswered. It became clear that I was putting in more effort to move things forward than they were. For a real estate agency, this level of communication simply isn’t acceptable. If the first step is already this difficult, I can’t imagine how the rest of the process would be. I genuinely think homeowners should reconsider working with this agency. Buyers shouldn’t have to chase this hard just to view a property in the first place.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience selling our house with Diellza Gjerqeku from Tatlers Crouch End. Diellza is a great agent and we felt looked after throughout the process. She really understood what we were looking for and took care to help us achieve it. Her communication was always clear and prompt, she gave us helpful feedback and advice and we felt she was thoughtful and warm. Highly recommended.
