Working with Tatlers and especially Diellza made an incredibly stressful process much easier. She made every stage so much smoother than it could have been, with her friendly, patient and helpful approach. From facilitating various viewings of the house I wanted to buy, to supporting us through the offer process and finally dealing with extremely tricky and frustrating delays on the part of my buyer, to ensure that our chain did not fall apart. I would happily recommend working with her to anyone.

As a conveyancing solicitor I work with many agents. Some agents are good to work with, some less so. Diellza at Tattlers Estate Agents was FANTASTIC! Rather than just endlessly badgering for exchange and completion and updates, Diellza was more focused on the transaction as a whole and moving it along as swiftly and stress free as possible for both the buyer and the seller. A plus for me was that Diellza let me get on and do my job and was there when I needed support and assistance in following matters up or getting hold of other parties. She also obviously did a good job with the negotiations as my buyer clients paid over the asking for their property!!!! I would highly recommend Diellza and I hope to work with her again in the near future.

We sold through the Muswell Hill branch. The staff are very professional and are honest. They don't inflate the prices and leave you with unrealistic expectations. When we lost our first buyer, they came up with an ingenious solution so that we could stay on the chain while we found a new buyer.
