We've recently exchanged on a property purchase through Tatlers. There was a rather complicated chain and Leila, at Tatlers, was instrumental in making this a success for us. She was our contact from the first viewing through to exchange, and she provided an excellent level of service including clear and continuing communication, chasing parties and solicitors effectively to resolve issues, and building a trusting relationship between the vendors and us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her in future. Thank you for all your hard work !

The whole Tatlers team was fantastic from start to finish. We “interviewed” 4 estate agents in Crouch End before choosing Tatlers but we warmed to the Tatlers' team straight away. Their valuation was spot on (no attempt to over-inflate the price to win business) and fee wise they offered a competitive rate at the outset which avoided the awkward negotiation that is so common from my past experiences. Particulars were prepared quickly and professionally (and we were very impressed with the photos!). We knew Tatlers would be respectful and transparent with viewings and they absolutely were. They were even patient when I forgot to disable the alarm and left Vimal with ringing ears during a viewing which must have been embarrassing. Once buyers were found, Leila was superb. She was clear with her recommendations at offer stage and was communicative, responsive and prompt in all our subsequent dealings with her from then on. Our transaction, like so many others, had more than its fair share of difficulties (none were anything to do with Tatlers though!) but Leila and the team handled each one deftly. I am absolutely confident that had we chosen another estate agent in Crouch End our sale would have collapsed. As we approach completion, I am deeply sad that Tatlers are not also selling the property we are hoping to buy as I will miss the security and comfort of knowing that Leila has everything in hand. You could choose another estate agent in Crouch End, but in my opinion you’d be mad to.

As a landlord, I have worked with Raakhee Lohur many times and have always received an excellent service. Very competent and dependable. Would recommend her to anyone.

Have dealt with many selling agents and have never had service like this before from the Tatlers team at Crouch End. Could not recommend them highly enough (5 out of 5) for effort, courtesy and professionalism. They really do know what they are doing, and there is lots of common sense, help and advice above and beyond the call of duty. Most of all would trust them absolutely. Cannot thank Dinesh and Ellie enough.

So pleased I went in to talk to Tatlers about my move that day. They looked after the sale of my house and also found me the perfect flat. The staff team are lovely and so supportive, on the case and keeping me regularly updated and calm throughout. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
