I worked with Jasmine at streets ahead when searching for a first property to buy. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the specific area and development. Andrew at Redbrick has been absolutely brilliant. We didn’t even have him as our estate agent he was our sellers agent and he was fantastic I wish we went with him. Kept us in the loop weekly and pushed for things to speed along. If we ever move again we will 100% be using him!

Rosie was fantastic today. Really helpful and informative on the phone, and felt like she was working with us rather than just for the landlord. Great show around, where she was engaging and able to answer all of our questions.

We are very satisfied with the onboarding process and the support we have received throughout our transition to Reapit. Hollie was excellent in introducing and explaining Reapit before we made the decision to change CRM providers, while Jas ensured a smooth and efficient handover to our Project Manager. Jiwan has been exceptional throughout the implementation. He has been patient, responsive, and highly accommodating, taking the time to answer all of our queries and guide us through each stage of the process. His support has not only made the transition seamless but has also helped us gain a much better understanding of how to make the most of Reapit's features and functionality. Evija has also been fantastic, ensuring our accounts were fully reconciled prior to going live and providing invaluable guidance on the financial aspects of the implementation. Judah is the best agent that could possibly show us around. Preparation, dress code, behaviour and customer service 5/5. Although we haven't found a property that suited our needs, he has been amazing throughout the whole process. If the opportunity rises again, I will surely keep him in mind before applying for viewings elswehere.

This company has extremely poor customer services and discriminates people based on their place of birth. This was reported to the police as a racist abuse and legal action will be taken. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from these people.

We cannot recommend Possible highly enough. In brief, our property went 'live' on a Friday, and we received an offer for the property on the Tuesday - a mare four days later. The sale and estate agency process was very clearly explained, and this photos, video and other publicity materials that they produced were of the highest quality. Don't go anywhere else!
