GoogleEverything was very professionally handled from the valuation to the exchange of contracts. Redbrik handled all the appointments and viewings. They helped me through the whole process. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They made this a stress free process for me all the way through. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use their services again. It just felt right from the valuation and I definitely made the right choice. Excellent.

GoogleHad the pleasure of meeting Hannah at a lovely property in Gravesend. She knew the key information related to the property and showed us around taking her time. What was really interesting was how she presented the property to us step by step from top to bottom each step was like unveiling a beautiful surprise :-) Her approach was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I wish her the very best and hopefully we are able to call this property our next home.

GooglePossible were chosen from three Perth Estate Agencies, primarily for Gary’s genuine interest in the property and realistic valuation, as confirmed by the surveyor. Sale was secured very quickly, subject to the usual lawyer delays. All of the Possible staff were approachable and kept us well informed at every stage of the process.

GoogleViewed a house to rent a couple weeks ago the agent Jessica was lovely however after jumping through numerous hoops and being strung along four days before move in date they rejected the application even after passing the referencing section on my own and also then further adding a guarantor at the letting agents request. In addition they lost documents three times and I had to repeatedly send the same document at least four times to ensure my application had everything they needed. I think the fact they rejected my application four days before move in date is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable when I had been approved and everything had already been signed it is disgusting.

As with all applications, decisions can only be made once all required information and documentation has been received and fully assessed. Unfortunately, timelines can sometimes be affected by delays in obtaining the necessary information from the various parties involved. GoogleHaving been with with another agent in October 2025 we had no viewings over 2 months so changed to streets ahead having seen Louis back in 2025 .. they did a great job in marketing and showing the house which led to an offer which we accepted .... Sam and Jayden who accompanied each client through the viewing did an incredible job pointing all the good things about the house especially the size of the rooms and high ceilings. They were always on time and very polite and respectful. Through our the process the guys came back with freed back weather good or bad and through out the offer and exchange of contracts kept me informed with phone calls and emails ... Our thanks to them for a wonderful job and we appreciate every thing they did so professionally and informative .. Thank you guys
