Exceptional Customer Service and Professionalism from Anil, Highly Recommended I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Anil, and I must say his level of customer service and professionalism was nothing short of outstanding. Red flag! Lack of communication, transparency and urgency throughout the whole process. Also will make you sign a consent form that allows them to circumvent tenant rights. DO NOT SIGN THE CONSENT FORM.

After dealing with numerous agents over a few years to sell a very unique property, I eventually had the pleasure of dealing with Helen Lees at Fine & Country. The service from start to finish was outstanding and Helen’s hard work and expertise in getting the right people through the door and offers in/agreed is second to none. I also had numerous updates during the process, even when Helen was out of the office, which didn’t happen with previous agents. Mark and Tom did a great job selling my property in the St Albans conservation area. Once legal work began their open lines of communication were extremely helpful. It was a bonus having F&C on board especially as the house was being let by JW&Co - both teams working efficiently together. Extremely impressed and would recommend!
