We can’t thank Alex enough for his incredible support and efficiency after we experienced water damage in January. From the moment we reported the issue, he took charge, ensuring that everything was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible. He coordinated electricians, carpet installers, and other professionals to get our home back to normal in record time. He even arranged for the removal of a damaged sofa after two years (the landlady previously refused to remove it). Alex’s professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. We truly appreciate his efforts!

Excellent agents who will provide whatever level of service you require. They can find you the right property, take care of the financial and legal aspects, place the tenants and then manage the tenancy reliably. You need never visit the the premises or meet the tenants, knowing that your investment is protected and you are operating well within the laws affecting landlords. I strongly recommend L & A to anyone thinking of becoming a landlord or who already is and might be looking for a new agent.
