GoogleStaff at the Wallasey branch have been very helpful in our property search, particularly Olivia and Dan. They’ve been friendly and attentive both at and in arranging viewings. Whilst those showing us round might not have been able to answer all our questions on the spot they have generally been able to follow-up with the vendors fairly quickly.

GoogleWouldn’t recommend at all, had the house up for over a year no offers, went with a smaller less known estate agents and it sold in 5 days, all karl tatler wanted me to do is keep lowering and lowering , didn’t advertise the large loft room in pictures and seem more interested in the higher value houses

The whole process was seamless from the first viewing right through to the sale, everything was handled with absolute professionalism and genuine care. I was kept fully updated at every stage and their friendly approachable manner made the entire experience stress free.
