Although the first property wasn't the right fit for me, she was always happy to show me more options until we found something suitable. She consistently replies to my messages, even after work hours, and has gone above and beyond throughout the whole process. GoogleI had a very good experience with Louis at the Thornton Heath branch. He was very professional, always kept me in the loop, and worked hard to get my property sold at the right price in as little time as possible. There weren't any serious problems and the whole transaction was quite smooth and relatively stress-free. Would recommend.

GoogleReally good experience with Jibran A at streets ahead South Norwood. To start off with he showed me a property that was much better quality than I was shown elsewhere. Then throughout the purchase process he was helpful, friendly, professional and highly responsive to queries etc. Much appreciated, this made the whole thing much less stressful.

GoogleBradley Snape, Maya Dela Pena, and the rest of the team at this location are illegally withholding our deposit after a failed credit check. There’s documented evidence, in addition to these messages, to support this. To my surprise, our phone numbers and emails appear to be blocked and they are refusing to communicate which has forced me to lodge several formal complaints with various UK agencies. The people need protection from these types of consultants.

We are sorry you feel this way. However, your review does not accurately reflect what occurred. The application did not simply fail because of a credit check. You were given an opportunity to address the issues identified and proceed with the tenancy, which you ultimately chose not to do. We have retained the full correspondence and documentation, which clearly sets out the position. We will not discuss confidential matters publicly, but the suggestion that Streets Ahead acted improperly is simply not supported by the facts.
