We haven’t found our home yet, but Al has been excellent throughout our search so far. He has answered all of our questions clearly and always takes the time to help, which we really appreciate. He’s a genuinely nice guy with a very friendly attitude. We’re grateful for his support and would highly recommend him.

Al was so helpful and friendly when we booked in to view a property in Rugby. Al knew the property well and answered any questions we had, and also offered help to assist us after the viewing also which we greatly appreciated.

The Cooke team were excellent. Concerning the sale of my mother in-laws property in Howdens in March 2026. Their promotion of the property ensured we had lots of viewings, all managed by their team and feedback on each visit provided. They maintained constant communication through a complicated sales process regarding dependent sales. It helped remove the stress from the whole process. This is the third time in using Cooke both buying and selling and they have been faultless every time. Special mention for Charlotte, Julie and Nigel although the whole team were great.

We sold our house in 2025 through Maddisons, and Karen (and the team) were amazing every step of the way. It was an unusual property, I live overseas, the buyers were tricky, lawyers were delayed and we needed additional last minute help to empty the house to meet the deadline - but everything was handled with professionalism and expert guidance. Karen also has great local networks - a moving company helped us at the 11th hour, only because they knew it was for her. She truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We’re so glad we chose Maddisons, and you can absolutely trust Karen to manage even the most challenging situations. Highly recommend!

We have just sold our property with Bond in Danbury. I had an excellent experience with this estate agent from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions. They made the whole process smooth and stress free, keeping me informed throughout. A special mention to Martin, who has been incredibly kind and supportive and to Alister for keeping everything on track with the chain and liaising with buyers and solicitors. Great service, nice people, no issues. Lots of horror stories about estate agents and solicitors so can definitely recommend these as its been as stress free as possible from both redbrick and the solicitors they recommended

Bought a Mercedes Benz C63 and from these guys going on 4 weeks ago now and couldn’t have asked for a better service from the moment we got there to driving the car away the guys were brilliant . They dealt with everything professionally and we trusted them with the whole process compared to some other private dealers we dealt with before these guys . We were originally with another estate agent who overpromised and underdelivered, so moving to this team was a breath of fresh air. From the start, Sam was our first point of contact, super nice, courteous, honest, and polite. He made everything feel easy and straightforward. Jaden was our main contact throughout the sale, and he was absolutely brilliant. His communication was outstanding, he worked tirelessly to bring in genuine buyers, and he always handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Our buyer was quite demanding, but Jaden dealt with it all calmly and took the stress off our shoulders. Louis also played a valuable part, offering great support and input to the team. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, a genuinely hardworking, polite, and professional team who made selling our home so much smoother. Highly recommend!
