GoogleBillie helped me to get a great house for my boss and helped me to undergo a smooth process with all the background checks, documents submission etc. I am so glad I found them while hunting for a house to rent. Will recommend them definitely to others. The house was clean and neat, we couldn't have asked for more.

GoogleFrom the moment that myself and my partner dealt with Billie to secure a flat she has been nothing short from helpful! She made sure that everything was taken care of and was very upfront and honest when answering any queries that I had. Billie was very quick and efficient in doing her job and she provided us with excellent customer service, something that had been lacking when I looked elsewhere! I would definitely recommend Billie to anyone that is looking for a flat. I must also give thanks to Ricardo for showing me such an amazing flat and being very polite and answering any concerns I had when viewing a flat.

FacebookReally shockingly poor service. Let a flat through them on a let only and the whole process especially the paperwork side of things has been shockingly substandard and painful to witness. I wanted to take my own rent guarantee policy out but nearly a month later am still waiting for the documents the insurance company asked for that I requested from them (ID and proof of address). They said they will cancel my policy if I don't provide it now and I have chased up Streets Ahead via email and phone calls. No one is getting back to me and they keep passing the buck to different staff members. George the lettings manager who was so keen to take on my property has now done a disappearing act!! Will not recommend or use again!!!

GoogleAfter deciding and making our mind to buy a house, we contacted many estate agents in the area. But no one was taking our matter seriously. One day by chance on the side of road we saw a board for street ahead and contacted them. Within a week time we passed the bid for a house while other estate agents could not help us in two month. Street ahead is quite dedicated and takes you seriously. Not only that they helped me until the last day of completion by following the matter on every stage. Highly Recommended!!!

FacebookStreets Ahead are the worst of the worst for at least three reasons; they recently put up a ‘Let’ sign outside our building when nothing was even for rent, and it wasn’t until I’d vandalised the sign (I pasted the word ‘Liars’ over the word ‘Let’) that they took it down. They gave back the entire deposit to the outgoing filthy dirty stinking tenants who left our other place looking like a bomb made of shite had hit it despite being in possession of dozens of photos showing what a mess the tenants had made. Then with the new tenants, when SA realised they’d accidentally undercharged us £100 for their alleged services, they didn’t tell us, they just took it out of our new tenants’ deposit, which technically is theft. Streets Ahead are completely and utterly absolutely fucking useless, they are not fit for purpose. Nikki Grewal, Dan Somebody or other and Nick Durkin, all in the Crystal Palace branch were especially shite. I wouldn’t piss on them if they were on fire.

GoogleMy Fiancée and I were looking for our first place together, I went in late December and gave my details and time we were looking at moving. As soon as we entered the time frame I mentioned Vanessa Van Den Beld was straight on the phone offering viewing for properties in our area. I found the perfect place online, rang up and we viewed, credit checked & referenced under 4 days We are a week away from the move itself but the process has been so quick and smooth so far I would suggest this estate agents to anyone. Vanessa herself is extremely helpful and understanding. 5 Stars!

GoogleFaye Godfrey was really helpful in our search for an investment property in Croydon. Not only did Faye identify perfect properties for our budget and specifications, but went out of her way to drive us to see the properties given I was 8.5 months pregnant. Highly recommend Faye and the lovely team at Streets Ahead. Ceri was amazing in helping us complete the purchase of the property. Trust in Ceri 100% and Ceri went out of her way to help me especially with site visits! Ceri even helped mind my little daughter during a visit to the property. George who does lettings has been most helpful in finding a tenant for our property.

GoogleHello, Me and my boyfriend were looking to move from Portsmouth, and after looking at loads of estate agents and speaking to a number of agents we were really disappointed with the search.Then my boyfriend found you guys. Your agent Lewis Hay was absolutely amazing!!! understood exactly what we were looking for and found us 2 amazing properties within our price range. He was Honest with us (not all agencies were) and kept us in the loop the whole way through. Although I couldn't be there most of the time due to work he was really understanding and professional with us, made us feel like he was working for our best interest rather then just to sell the property. We would definitely recommend you guys!!! A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO LEWIS HAY!!! for making this process a lot less stressful. Best wishes Asha :)

GoogleI mainly dealt with one of the agents named Faye Godfrey. After asking for my search criteria, she made it a point to send me various properties that were a match and was never discouraged when I would tell her I wanted to keep looking after I had finished a viewing. She was always interested to hear my views and very attentive and more importantly, very quick to respond to my numerous emails. I also met other agents from the team and they were very lovely and enthusiastic. Streets ahead make you their priority and I felt well looked after. I would highly recommend them. My first property search was a wonderful experience!
