GoogleThe cheeky agency demand a holding deposit from whoever makes an offer on a property, and whoever pays a little extra tip gets to win. They then refund the deposit to the other candidates

GoogleJust made enquiries for letting, as I was moving home very quick. Spoke to Grant and his help and assistance in this and found him very helpful, professional, courteous. Even when I had found a home via another agent, his professionalism was exemplary. I would most use the company again if I ever had to move.
