We had a fantastic experience working with Tommie Predgen to secure our new flat. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made us feel completely supported throughout. He was always quick to respond, super proactive, and worked efficiently to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. It genuinely ended up being the most pain-free move we’ve ever had. Having used many estate agents in Sale over the last 14 years Ewe Move are a different class. Nothing is too much trouble, Sam knows exactly what she’s talking about and as a seller I could relax knowing that she had everything in advance. Would definitely recommend!

Although we didn’t use Harrison’s to sell our property we did forge a fantastic relationship with Ben who went above and beyond to try and find the perfect property for my husband and myself, he called regularly even on my birthday to wish me a lovely day. Just got my new home key yesterday and i cannot be more happier than that. Thank you to all the member who were associated with me all these months to fulfill my dream. Firstly thank you so much Nicola for helping me to deal in my initial days and being so patience with me and my questions main credit goes to you for letting me have my home. Secondly thank you so much Trudy. Wow you have been like a friend to me honestly when nicola handed me to you i was very skeptical at first not knowing you at all but the very first phone call with you changed my mind you were so open and so so friendly that my nervousness was gone. You always answered my call no matter the time. You guided me throughout the remaining process not like a teacher but like a family. You can't imagine how lucky i was to get you. Words are not enough my dear to describe you. Lastly thank you Greg for being so welcoming when we visited the office to collect keys. It looked like you were more happier than us. And thank you for the goodies bag it was so nice of you all.

They are completely irresponsible and ridiculous. I booked and confirmed a viewing, they changed the time twice. Finally, I received a confirmation by email and time is confirmed. I drove a hour with my family and attended the viewing on time at 10am, Unfortunately, nobody is opening the door, we tried to email or call office won’t be able to reach anyone. After 2 hours, an agency called Norman called me said my time is 11:45am, I said it’s ridiculous & impossible, the confirmation shows it’s 10am how could he lie to us this way? I have the proof and confirmation it’s 10am. This is the worst property agency ever, stay away or you are going to waste your time

We have reviewed feedback from other customers who have encountered similar difficulties with these three-year agreements. It was our clear understanding that we could terminate the contract after 12 months by providing three months’ notice. We served notice after first discussing the matter with your office three months in advance. Despite this, we now find ourselves required to resolve the dispute through the courts.

Parking is restricted and can get busy on days. Street parking is metered. Ilkley is lovely and accessible via A roads only so any roadworks can signal delays. Company itself is friendly and inviting.

Alex from MS has been particularly helpful over the past few days (he’s always helpful and efficient by the way), but as a landlord, I find the admin is always tedious. Alex stepped up and sourced all the information that I needed and delivered the next working day !

Looking for a place to live is normally a joyless slog, but no such trouble with Maddison Residential based in Royal Tunbridge Wells.
