GoogleHighly unprofessional and unreliable. I was planning to use this agency for my rental property, but their complete lack of competence and poor work ethic resulted in a significant financial impact on me. Even though I was a prospective client trusting their professional reputation, they showed zero accountability. I will absolutely never use this agency in the future.

They worked incredibly hard to secure a suitable tenant who was exceptional, leaving our home in a pristine condition after a 3 year tenancy. We were kept informed at every stage, always responding quickly and proactively to any questions or issues that arose. What particularly stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Any problems were dealt with efficiently and professionally, giving us complete confidence throughout the process. GoogleWe ABSOLUTELY LOVE Maddisons. We have used them twice now; in 2015 they sold our house at full asking price in 3 days. Now in 2026 they have hand-held us through selling a plot of land. GoogleHad a very poor experience with Jamie, one of the estate agents. After making an offer on a flat in Brockley, he came across as condescending, patronising and to be frank, rather rude. He went as far as making a few snide remarks. In the end, I withdrew the offer as I wouldn't be comfortable with him managing the process. Surprisingly poor sales acumen from "professional" estate agent.
