I have recently purchased an apartment with Strawberry Star and although was a bit concerned at first as I have not heard of them, I was pleasantly surprised. The sales team were great, and once I had moved in the Customer Care team took over. I was particularly impressed with Wendy and Luke. I had a few snags and they dealt with them in the first week and even offered some tradesmen to assist with my moving my furniture around. Would definitely recommend.

So far my experience has been extremely positive. Jack Singh spent considerable time helping us rent a property answering multiple queries we had and going to some lengths to help, which I felt was very kind and understanding of him. Once we agreed to rent he handed over to Valentina and she has been very responsive and helpful which has been very appreciated.

Viewed a few flats in Hoola, all seemed very promising considering the agent was super keen to get me in for viewings the same day. When I arrived in the evening they were quick to boast that there has been over 30 viewings today and a lot of offers already. Unfortunately they were caught out by one of the tenants who said I was only the 5th person to view (red flag). Anyway, regardless of this I stupidly put in an offer, to which never heard anything back and have since been completely ignored. Not one to leave reviews for anything but overall this has been a very disappointing experience. Moral of the story these guys aren't trustworthy or professional and I would avoid at all costs!

FacebookWorst building management I have come across. They have addressed none of the issues highlighted. Months have gone by and none of these service charge monies have gone towards this development. Even there staff don’t hang around, we have had 4 new members of staff working in reception over a 6 month period. Worst company, if they manage your development don’t bother buying there, run really fast. (Away)
I can invest my last dollar with only one person and that's Mrs Mariel Ramsey who prove to be the most honest and trustworthy Expert trader. she's the best account manager I have ever known or heard of. She has been helping me. I started with just $900 and now am getting great profits like $8,500 upward. You get to withdraw yourself after 6-7days of trading, no extra commissions. Great sales process..but it all ended there. I had a delightful sales experience with SS. My contact was very helpful, proactive, and i felt like she has my interest at heart when helping me buy my property. Unfortunately, it all ended there. The maintenance and upkeep on my building is absolutely embarrassing from strawberry star. We have seen multiple complaints of emails being ignored, major staff turnaround both inside SS offices and in my building, contractors not being paid (and therefore stopping their services) which has made my 'premium' building dirty, untrustworthy, unsecure, and sometimes dangerous - all due to inproper training and negligence of SS. As residents, we are being forced to take matters into our own hands. For my next property purchase, I will actively avoid anything affiliated with strawberry star - and suggest anyone else does too.

FacebookSS has been managing our new block of luxury flats for a year now. They failed to provide even the basic standards of cleaning, repairs are not being done in any reasonable time. Lack of contact from management just ignoring everything. Buildings communal areas are disgusting and dirty beyond belief. Not recommended!

GoogleWe had conversation with Jack Singh over phone and he made our life easy with video viewing to rent the property. He was patient to listen to our requirement and suggest us the best house that suits our needs. Though we had to cancel our initial house due to covid, Jack constantly checked our status and updated landlord. He also made sure we never lose anything due to this pandemic. We are very much satisfied by the service and will always recommend Jack Singh @ Strawberry star if anyone is looking for property to rent.

GoogleI did call different estate agents in regards to selling our flat, but Strawberry Star was the one to be realistic and friendly. Gurveer Kaur - an excellent agent, who helped to sell our flat. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. She found us a buyer within a week and kept us well informed through out our selling process - which took 4 months to complete. She also went an extra mile and helped us with the storage when we had issue with getting keys for the new house. Highly recommended!!!

Unfortunately because of the COVID-19 I need relocate and leave this lovely place. The 24/7 concierge team is really helpful, especially Mario Tiago and Ali. The communal areas are kept very clean and tidy. Well taken care of from day one till the last day. There is a small gym, a lounge and a playground which is nice to have. In front of the west tower there is a beautiful reflective pool with a lot of fishes. Great location, near to the London City Airport and the DLR station. There is a Tesco and a Morrisons really close so it is very convenient I definitely would recommend living here.
