GoogleI would like to thank Lavinia for her great help in finding a flat for me and my boyfriend in less than 2 days - we were struggling to find one as modern as the one we are living in and she managed to find something that exceed our expectations. Dealing with her has been a pleasure and she gave us a lot of advice and did an amazing job. Strawberry Star is lucky to have her :)

GoogleJust sold our flat via Gurveer(we actually bought it from her 4 years ago). It has been one of the most difficult/stressful experience - it lasted almost 5 months due to buyer's solicitor issue. It has been so stressful because we left the flat empty for so long (while paying mortgage) and also we are in a chain to buy. However, Gurveer has been so helpful during the whole process and have done much more than she supposes to do(that is exactly what you need when you are stressed out). Without her support I don't think we would be able to finish the deal. I would strongly recommend her service.

GoogleI would like to say big thank you to Neil Parlour from Strawberry Star for making whole process of my property purchase so smooth and without any complications. He has been fantastic and without his efforts and hard work it would have been difficult to complete the purchase efficiently and within my preferred timelines. I wish him best of luck and highly recommend anyone looking for flat purchase to take his assistance.

GoogleThey are alright. They were fine helping us getting the property. They were fine during the first 3 years in the property and during Covid nothing really changed as we were always paying on time, we never had an issue. The problems come up when it comes of communication between Landlord and tenant. Unfortunately there is a lack of experience around negotiation, tenants rights and there was little interest in supporting neither us or the landlord. To the point it wasn't really worth it having them in between and it was much better communicating directly with the owner. Long story short, they could be a good agency but low communications skills and very little knowledge around regulations.

GoogleGurveer is very helpful from beginning to end and provide us with very good service. In terms of any questions coming up during the process, Gurveer would help to give advice in time, which helps a lot in speeding up the whole process. We would highly recommend her to assist you in the buying.

GoogleIn general nice real estate agents but they represent very unpleasant landlords and do little to mediate things fairly as property managers. Watch out for your tenancy deposits in Hoola - they will try retain as much as they can. I never had a deposit retained and with Strawberry Star/ Spin Success Investments they tried to claim every single thing as not fair wear and tear. Folks that work in the actual Hoola building are however lovely people!

GoogleOur experience with Strawberry Star has been quite positive. They have provided us with efficient and professional service from day one. They have made the process of moving to a new flat for us very smooth and in less than a week. We had many questions as it was the first time we decided to rent a flat together. Even though we have asked them many specific questions, they were always very friendly and professional. In addition to that, they gave us quick responses. The only situation that caused us some hassle has been the change to the break clause. For us moving into a new home represented a step toward stability, that we cherished because we are organising our wedding next year and we thought we had taken care of this chapter for the foreseeable future. We'd really hate having to add back this other heavy task for any reason that is not directly dependant on us. I'd definitely recommend Strawberry Star.
