We were at a loss and struggling with another letting agent, weeks were passing with no progress. What a difference walking through the door of Stratton and Creber and meeting Andrew. He was brilliant, he sprang into action with Charlotte's very able support. The property was let agreed FOUR DAYS later. Wow that's an amazing service. So a big thank you to them. I cannot praise Stratton Creber, Liskeard, highly enough. Everyone was so professional, friendly, and efficient. Sue especially, was absolutely brilliant, in my view she went that "extra mile," and "above and beyond the call of duty." There were several extraneous issues and problems which had to be dealt with, some of which were not exactly within Sue's remit. However, she dealt with them, and got them resolved. Moving house is always very stressful. On occasions, I would have a "wobble," thinking that we'd never reach the point at which we are now. But, I was always reassured that we would get there, and sure enough, we have done. I cannot thank the team enough - Finn, Jamie, and especially Sue, for all that they have done. After a very slow start with another estate agent, I swapped the sale of my late mum's house to Stratton Creber and I have to say that Stefan, Callum and the team have been brilliant. They really pushed the sale online and on the high street and it was a really short period before a buyer was found. They have stayed in complete contact all the way through the process, and have answered any queries I've had immediately. Nothing was too much trouble, emails and phone calls were returned promptly, he kept us up to date at every stage without having to ask, Jamie even called us out of curtesy to tell us he was going on leave for a week and advised who to contact in his absence should we need anything. He honestly made one of the most stressful things you can do as pain free as possible. On top of that he was so friendly and cheerful I’ll miss our little catch up phone calls! We’re so grateful and can’t recommend him enough.

PADSTOW agency where totally useless no…

PADSTOW agency where totally useless no clue what each other were doing. They went through 3 managers in the space if 6 months. Nobody ever called us we had to do all the calling. This eventually led to losing our buyer. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. If I could give 0 rating I would.
