With regard to the marketing of your previous property, our recommendations were based on an independent valuation report, local market evidence available at the time, and a strategy designed to generate strong buyer interest within a reasonable timeframe. As part of this approach, your property was marketed competitively and subsequently achieved multiple offers, resulting in a final sale price above the asking price. Valuation guidance is always provided in good faith and reflects prevailing market conditions at the time of instruction.
In relation to the sales progression process, exchange deadlines are clearly outlined within reservation documentation. Our team works closely with all parties, including solicitors and purchasers, to help ensure these timelines are met and to keep customers informed throughout the process. Completion dates provided during construction are always anticipated and can change as build progress develops.
We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction regarding your aftercare experience. We understand how frustrating unresolved concerns can feel, particularly where landscaping and finishing items are concerned. The office staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient and the maintenance team have been thorough and have worked to a high standard. Today David Inness attended to repair areas of sealant/silicone between floor tiles and skirtings and has done an excellent job. I would recommend a Strata homes to friends and family.

I had a problem where the beading wasn't touching the floor under my French windows. This few mm was probably down to the house settling, but was enough for woodlice to get in from outside. Jeff repaired it and to make doubly sure no more bugs could get in, he siliconed the full length of the area. A very professional job.
