FacebookStephensons Selby Estate Agents have been absolutely fantastic! Completed the house sale in 3 months, from start to finish, the whole process was faultless. Tom Brooks who is the Manager was amazing, so professional and completely put me at ease and made me feel that there was support throughout. Mary & Jenny who work alongside Tom have also been fantastic with email and personal phone call updates throughout. I couldn’t recommend the Selby branch enough and in particular Tom, Mary and Jenny! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 star from me) !!

I came in a skeptic, but with the price point of $1,500 I made a profit of $19,350. The result has been the feedback from pros and customers has been amazing in terms of profits and the customer service is one of best departments I’ve ever dealt with, and have referred 2 customers who are also very happy . FacebookThe Easingwold branch are actually selling the house my partner and I are renting and throughout the process the team there (Nick, Archie and Fiona in particular) have been massively helpful and thoughtful to our needs and taken time out to not only forward on suitable property details but also to touch base and ask how we were getting on with our search. All aspects of the sale of the house have been arranged respectfully and professionally and as a tenant in a house being sold I couldn't ask for a better service. Thanks all, a real pleasure dealing with you.

GoogleI’ve had my fair share of experience with estate agents and Stephensons are definitely the best of the bunch. Operationally, they are very well set up and unlike most agents my property wasn’t just a number to them. Sarah, Iain, Oli and the rest of team did a sterling job of selling my property quickly but also at a price I was happy with. Im very grateful they made much of the process hassle free for me. FacebookNeeding to sell quickly for a big move from Melbourne, Pocklington, to London, we couldn’t have been happier with the service provided by Oliver Newby and the team. The quality of the pictures, and especially the video provided by Ollie, on top of their innovative use of social media to drive interest, were the main reasons behind us receiving multiple viewing requests, which helped us to agree a sale within the first week of the property going on the market. And when unfortunately the sale fell through, the team went to work straight away and managed to sell again, also within the first week. Always on hand, always friendly and, most importantly, professional and reassuring during what was a very stressful time.
